Default Wheel Spacers - Yes? No?

I read somewhere that a guy put 1" wheel spacers on his Stang to make the wheels stick out a little more to give it a more aggressive look. I've never heard of this before, but the car looked nice.

Is there a page sponsor that sells them (I can't find one)?

Are they bad for your car in any way, like screwing up your alignment?

What is your overall opinion about them?

Bad idea, no matter what year you have. It puts undue pressure/stress on the lug bolts especially if you get on it.

I would agree, but it does say they are Hubcentric, not lugcentric!

That may have been me.
I put the 1" spacers on. Got them here: www.ezaccessory.com
Makes the car look much more agressive. Went to car shows; and everyone w/ 05's were asking about them as they were impressed with the look & stance.

Thanks. I don't stomp on it very much. Have you heard of wheels coming off? Is that likely to happen?

that does look nice- but I too would be afraid of shearing lugs if the clutch was dumped hard.

Do tires ever rub?
