Yeah. It must be a base model, i have 4 gauges inbetween my speedo and my tach on the right.. which is where its supposed to be. Thats where your eyes natural fall when you glance down (unless you are a lefty.. but then no one cares about you anyway you freaks) and i love my center stack... OH you could put some worthless gauges on the floor in front of your shifter, that way it ensures you get in an accident trying to check them!! As for the comment about the mustang having the worst interior? Im sending you a gift card for an eye exam... compared to the outer muscle cars the new interiors are bounds above the hot wheels plastic camaro and better materials than dodge and unlike both of them the interior in the mustang is unique to the mustang only ... but for sitting in the best muscle car in the world

So you bought a car knowing that it wasn't completely to your liking and now you want to complain?

Got it.

I love my cluster on my 09, same with the head unit, only thing I would change is to add a carputer with a monitor where the head unit is.

Complete BS. The 05-09 is genius in this capacity. Not only can I put my soda can in there, but I can also pull up the little plastic piece that covers the deep cup holder slot, and hide a baggie of coke underneath.

I really like my base 2012 interior. I'm not sure what aftermarket stuff I would need to add in place of the stereo. It has an AUX out and plays MP3 CD's so I'm set. I don't mind that there are only two gauges (temp/gas). My 2008 GT was a base model and was the same way. I don't really think knowing the oil pressure or volts is going to make or break anything when things go poorly. I remember hating the cupholders in my 2008 because they couldn't be covered like in the 2010+'s.

Dunno. I like it a lot. Nice and basic.
