Sometimes you just gotta grit your teeth and move on.
I spent my money going forged instead if a lawyer which would have resulted in a stock block again.
Probably the smartest thing to do

It broke at 4500 miles.
The reason the rear was out is after i got it running i had wheel hope with the drag radials and I spun an axle tube out of place.

The tubes are welded now along with LCA's, relocation brackets.

and an adjustable upper on deck for when i lower it and get a 1 piece ds

What a refreshing point of view! Sometimes bad things happen to good people, it's all in how you deal with it.

Thanks for sharing your story and the pics. If it ever happens to me I'm gonna PM you for advice

Did you try to get anything done under warranty or by evolution and they both denied, or did you just man up and decide to go forged without trying to blame someene/thing?

good plan though going forged and possibly FI

Oh I tried at first.
Ford wanted me to do an oil consumption test for 10k miles which it's not my daily and im not driving it to work (dirt roads) so that was going to take a long time and the car was smoking like a train.

Evo ignored all my emails and transferred my calls around keeping me on hold when I adressed the issue.
