Hello and greetings I have been looking to get a LSD for my 05 v6 for quite some time now and I have looked at all the websites I have seen but have found nothing. I can't fine one ANYWHERE! Any ideas

All help will be greatly appreciated

Don't put money into the 7.5 rear end, just buy an 8.8 out of a wrecked GT or at Newtakeoff.com

Once you factor in install, it'll be about the same price. The 8.8 is stronger all-around, and if you ever decide to boost it or do an engine swap you'll be ahead of the game on that part.

Worst modding decision I ever made was trying to build the 7.5 - broke it with just CAI, tune and drag radials.

When I picked up the 8.8 it was actually LESS than the build on the 7.5 cost me. Don't waste your time and money, just swap the rear end.

Generally as all GT's have a LSD, where as the v6's only have one with the right package and right year.

Do some searching and you can find it for less. If you can find one from a 2011+ you won't have to change the pinion flange.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/auburn...ne-75-lsd.html this is the one for V6s..but it's out of stock at AM, you can search this piece on other website..

so basically you are looking for a 7.5in 28 Spline Limited Slip Differential...but as JimC mentioned, rebuilding a 7.5" costs more than a new 8.8" rear end. I'm not sure about V6s, but if I was willing to rebuild my 8.8", it would cost me around $3500, which is much more than purchansing a whole new assembly...

Depends on what you want to do with your car, if you are going to add huge power to it, the 8.8" is what you are looking for.. I don't think you need a SLD for stock V6s..
