I just lowered mine with Eibach Pro Springs (1.2" front and 1.4" rear drop) and I have no issues scrubbing and I encounter all kinds of speed bumps, the tall ones with the plateaued top and the small ones that are the size of ant hills but just big enough to screw up your alignment.. Lol.

I have no issues scrubbing, although some curbs I have to park further away from (which I did before anyway). Pulling out of some lots around town I have to pull out at an angle but I did that before also. Still have not scrubbed once.

All you have to do is enter the speed bump at an angle. It'll give you more clearance.

I'm on Steeda Sports and have no problems with normal speed bumps head on. However, I did have one issue with a very short, but wide speed bump. I went slowly over it head on because I thought there would be no problem. Scrubbed loudly and I naturally cringed. On the way out of the facility I took the same bump at an angle and had not issues.
