Default Electrical problem with 2006 mustang

First off, thank you for this forum. It has helped in getting this far. But wanted to see if anyone had suggestions. I was driving down the freeway and first ac cut off, then all the lights in the dash, then the car died. I changed out the battery, and the alternator, and after both everything worked fine for half an hour, then back. The engine will start fine, but the lights, ac etc still shut off. Could there be a fuse or general wiring screwed up to cause this. Thanks in advance for any help.
I've had the battery and the alternator tested and the mechanic said they were reporting normal.

SJB. Check for the water leak issue, or at least it's aftermath on it. Likely just need to clean up the likely corrosion that has occurred.

Any chance you have moisture under the carpet by the passenger kick panel?

I had a similar problem on a Chevy pickup. It was a bad ground to the fender. It took out the alternator. The truck had some work done and they stripped the hole the strap was grounded to.
