Wow, the fuel pump relay. That was one of the LAST things going thru my mind.

Glad you figured it out. I was gonna suggest you unplug the battery for 30 mins, reconnect and go through ECU idle re-learn process. My #occamsrazor solution.

Turned out to be completely unrelated to the throttle body cleaning/tps. Turned the key on and didn't hear the pump running, so I initially thought it was a bad pump ($$$). How many miles? I would replace the fuel filter if you haven't.
