GT/CS bumper ?'s

Alright guys, I haven't been on here in awhile, got a new job and have been working a lot.

I have a question though. I will be buying a gt/cs front bumper and saw this one on ebay and I was wondering does this seem legit to you? I know a few other members have had good luck with some ebay pre-painted parts.

Nevermind guys, decided to order it from american muscle and get it painted where I know it'll be done right as I doubt that has all the hardware anyways.
