Installing throttle body and underdrive pulleys - difficulty?

Installing throttle body and underdrive pulleys - difficulty?
How difficult is it to install a new throttle body and underdrive pulleys on the new Mustang? Is this something I could probably do on my own? Bear in mind, I don't have a garage or any fancy tools; just me, my driveway, and a decent tool kit. Any advice is appreciated!

The throttle body is extremely easy to install with regular hand tools and no impedences.
The UD pulleys are more difficult but, again, doable.
