They may upgrade the looks if thats what you are after but they won't be a performance upgrade.

As far as braking performance goes - dimpled, slotted or drilled rotors vs. stock solid face wont make a bit of difference. Pads will, put a set of HPS pads in and you will note a difference right away - much more bite and higher resistance to fade during high speed stops.

I would be very careful getting a kit like that, Brakes are one thing that you don't want to go to cheap on. Read lots of reviews, I always try and shop at websites or eBay stores where they have a phone number that you can call up and speak to an Agent about the product, also find out about the warranty and what it actually covers.

x2^ on that!!

EBC and Hawk both make great performance brakes. The PowerStop brake kits are also VERY popular as they come with pads and rotors all in 1.

The Power Stop pads are pretty decent, but I'd be leary about those rotors..... Maybe others have, but I've never had any experiece with Kinetic Racing.

At that price range the rotors will have to be made in China. There are significant issues with cast parts made in China. The casted alloys vary a lot due to the high recycled content. They are not a good enough quality part to bet your life on.......

Personally, I would get some good Hawk pads and reuse my OEM rotors, this would be safe and dependable.

Ceramic needs to heat up for them to perform the best, which is why they aren't the first choice when it comes to street use.
