Redoing My Interior!!
Dude, you should hit up a Joanne Fabrics and get some cheap suede or leather (I got mine at like 12 bucks a yard) and some 3M hi-po glue and make yourself some suede/leather interior pieces.
I did my A-pillars recently, and it didn't turn out bad at all IMO.

You could even do the dashboard (like some of those exotics do) if you're really into it. And it doesn't glare like paint on plastic in sunny weather, also makes the interior feel more... Luxurious, I guess?

I would recommend you get it done professionally since the stitching alone would probably require some "finesse" haha. Although it would look absolutely beautiful IMO once it was wrapped! Also if you wanted to do the spokes of the wheel you'd probably need several separate pieces of suede to get it all wrapped so again the stitching would be pretty necessary to hide/dress up the seams of the separate pieces.
And the curves of the wheel would make it pretty hard IMO to keep the suede from creasing, as the bends in the A pillars were my greatest enemy during the wrapping process. So that would have to be somehow accounted for as well (I believe professionals use steam to fit suede to odd contours, so you might want to look into that). Sorry if this didn't really help, I've never tackled something remotely similar to a steering wheel shape, and I don't think I ever could haha.
Thanks man, I appreciate the compliment! The steering wheel would be awesome to do as well, however the problem lies in whether or not you can stitch the suede where it would have a seam once wrapped around the wheel (you could use adhesive just like the pillars, but for it to look aesthetically correct it would need the stitching IMO). You would also need a very high quality suede that wouldn't wear/flatten over use since it would be touched/rubbed almost daily.
