Default one stupid probleme getting way too serious.

while my car is parking in my driveway with a blown cylinder waiting for a new engine swap next week, i need to clear thoses two codes if i want to sell this cursed car: code are P2067 and P2068: fuel lvl b ckt high and fuel lvl b ckt low.... like what the ****, here the symptoms: When I full the car put the car to accessory, the gauge always go to 3/4, then starting the car gauge go to empty, sometime it will start working when im at 1/4 of the tank...we tryed changing fuel tank gauge, dash gauge, then we got tired, we swapped the whole tank system for another shelby one, (i have two fuel pump on the driver side tank)...now after the fuel system swap, the gauge do not go anymore empty when it full, but it alway stay at a bit less then half way, and will start working when i reach this gas quantity left in my tank...starting the car on accessory bring the gauge to full even if it empty...now im not sure if this is normal or not someone will need to confirm me this:
lets say driver side is tank a and passenger side is tank b splitted by the driveshaft: if i put 2/4 of gas in my tank and im empty, the gas will fill on the tank A, no gas will be in the tank B, is this normal? it is like if the gas in tank b alway get transfered in tank a, you can notice inside the tank b, it is so freaking dry you could take a nap in it.. then we tough:
while putting gas in your tank, it will fill tank A then once it full it will transfer to Tank B...so Tank B shall be the first tank to get emptied?

either way, we brang a car electrician, and a guy working at ford who swapped a v6 in gt500, boths were clueless what was going on, then we brang it to the tuner last week , he checked code and said it was unique, no data on theses, no idea at all... could be so many things, today i checked on passenger side floor side panel for the ''smart junction box'' nothing seemed damaged or what so ever...this make no sens, the code stay on even when we clear them.

anyone got an idea...this is a pain

Read the gt500 pump install in the whipple instruction manual. There are two pins that have to be pulled out of the stock harness and inserted in the gt500 one. A lot of people mess this up and it causes problems with the fuel gauge and a code.

Page 57 is the part you want to check.

sadly, correctly plugging the two pins out of the oem harness in the pump didnt fix my gauge or remove the P2068, what im left thinking is something during the swap got damaged, could be a stupid little wire in middle of no where, we're gonna check the smart junction box, after that, just too bad, im gonna be stuck for ever with this code, no other solution.
