Wasn't difficult at all, the hardest part of the install was getting the passenger header in. We had to remove the starter and the engine mount bracket to get it in. The cams I installed only took about an hour or so since the engine was on a stand. Am I satisified, more so than ever, outside of the deafening noise the car puts out, the other thing you notice is my full face grin. In the respect to power, I can tell there is a slight loss of power down low, but once she hits 4k, she just pulls hard and doesn't let up.

So did you install cams and headers or just the cams? And is that a plenum cover for the 4.0 V6? I'm kinda lost here.

Plenum cover is not a cover, it's the intake manifold. Ford Racing makes it for the 4.6.
