Update-- got the FRPP tune and went back to the track today. It wasn't perfect either - 84F and 70% humidity, but better than last time. The car went 13.07@109.53mph with a best 60 foot time of 2.15. Stock tires again. At this point I think I really need some sticky tires as the MPH is enough for a mid 12 second pass, but that will not happen until the 60 foot gets down to 1.7-1.8.

The FRPP is how the car should have come from the factory. Eliminated the stupid skip shift and the car is much more responsive at any RPM. As for tires, I'm probably gonna end up with 15x10 race stars and 275/50 15 mikey thompson et street. Seems the entire package can be had from american muscle for 900 bux... not bad.

15x10 I'm pretty sure you need sway bar relocation brackets, go with direct drill as this will save you a headache, 15x8.5 you wont need the relocation brackets, also lower control arms will cut your 60 ft a lot, suspension makes a world of difference,

didn't realize the 15x10 required modifications, so 15x8 it is!

theres plenty of traction with those, 275 out back is enough tire for a while, the relocation brackets aren't that bad really less than 50 so if you wanted more tire then

id also get a set of control arms, they work better when you relocate them as well lol
could go with this instead of relocating the sway bar

also is your car a brembo car, cause if so your gonan need the 17" racestars up front, which look great

now the question is, do I get 275/50 or 275/60. I have 3.55 gears from the factory, and I think a 26 inch tall tire would be optimum. It doesn't say on their site which one is which, but it would make more sense that the 50 would be the shorter one, no?

Another big factor on your time is the fact that this was your first trip there with that car. DON'T forget that! That can make all the difference in the world.

My car doesnt have the brembos, so fitment should be easier. Not putting skinnies up front as I have to drive 60 miles each way to the track, plus I don't think they do a whole lot anyway
