Does anyone know how reliable they are? I found a good deal there and I want to buy it.

Should I be okay buying from this place? I'm assuming a dealership would be fine but you never know these days.

 

It's a well known dealer around here. Never bought anything direct from them myself (my wife's car was from there but it was a dealer trade deal - they had the car we wanted and the dealer did a swap with them to get it for us).

 

Bit the bullet and ordered the bumper, I'll let you guys know how it goes.

I would not order from them again. Very slow handling time.

I placed order 11/20 - Received update saying the provided Credit Card has the wrong expiration date
Called in 11/21 morning - Gave CC details again, Bruce (online sales) said everything is good and my order is ready
11/27 - Received alert saying my order has been shipped.

WTF? I thought the order was already shipped out. If the order is backordered, it would have been wise to let me know when I placed the order. Then, I can decide if I want to wait for the item. All my other parts (x pipe, muffler, hanger, clamps) are coming in this week so I can install it this weekend.

Now i have to wait till the following weekend because the part from royaloakford will not come in until 12/3 .

Just order it from AM next time. Although AM is a little pricier, at least their S&H is way more efficient.

 

I ended up not ordering from them and going with someone else instead.
