Default Alternator Pulley

I am changing out my alternator pulley due to the fact my UDP's along with the PA Performance alternator are not providing enough juice for my alternator to charge the battery efficiently.

long story short, my car will only hold about 11.9 - 12.1 volts while in idle, drive, and with all accessories full blast.

The diagnosis from PA Performance was their alternators are underdriven and I needed a smaller pulley. I have found ZERO information on someone doing this swap.....

My question is, once I remove the pulley from the alternator, how in the world can I torque the bolt back down since its free spinning and I need to give it about 90lbs? Wrench strap is about all I can think of, but not sure if it would work or not.

Anything else I should know about making this swap? I am not a new at this, but have never swapped an alternator pulley before. I know I need a shorter belt....

....crickets.....

Well, I got the pulley off of the alternator to find out the pulley I had was not the right kind to fit on the alternator shaft, FML.

I have ordered what I hope is the correct one and is a little bigger (2.17 vs 1.94), which is better anyways because the size I had was borderline too fast.
