Gotta think Recaros and Brembos alone are about 5K+ in parts.. Plus the rims required for Brembos..
A base model 5.0 can be haggled for 28K, it's possible. It wont have anything, it's just a stripper V8

There is a used 2013 (yes, you read that correctly) GT Premium package with less than 1800 miles here for $30991... Could probably talk them down to $30k out the door with not much hassle...
