Default Autometer gauge install?

Ok I'm going to install some gauges, I had a v6 and did a v8 swap. The cluster doesn't have oil pressure or volt gauges, so I wanted to install some gauges. I'm gonna install sport comp ultra-lite oil pressure, water temp, and volt gauges. I'm not worried about the volt gauge that's easy. The oil pressure is mechanical, water temp is electric. Anyone know where to put the sensor for the water temp, I know auto meter sells the piece that would allow me to install it in the hose, however I feel there would be better spot for it then there. Also, does anyone know what is needed for the oil pressure gauge, I'm gonna get stainless braided line, but what else would be needed to get that going as well.

Forget about the oil gauge have it figured out, however for the water temp gauge where do I install the sender without having to do any tapping.

If you don't want to do the radiator hose Tee, drilling/tapping is your only option. I went with the Tee option because it doesn't destroy any parts in the process. It's not as accurate as old-school temperature sensors, but it's better than nothing. (Back in the day, temp senders were mounted behind the thermostat housing on the intake manifold.)

I installed gauges on my 3.7, and was thoroughly disgusted to find out that they don't have a real water temp sending unit anywhere (and neither does the 5.0). I considered getting a spare thermostat housing and drilling/tapping it, but that was A LOT more expensive than using the radiator hose Tee.

Ok, well I put some coin on the radiator hose kit.
