At this point, yes we are pushing the stock block/heads/cams to the breaking point. So far it is at 697RWHP/657TQ at 19lbs on the stock block. Getting spark blowout.

Built block goes in next week. Will post video when we have the best power.

816 whp on the stock 4.6? i know it only a dyno pull but that would be way enough to make tear in pieces..?

Yeah, on the stock 4.6, no forged internals, with C16 race fuel and 20ish LBS boost. Had another run after that which hit 819rwhp/725rwtq. I don't think it could do more than a few runs at that power level before breaking. Video when he gets it posted.
RET knows turbos and tuning, but definitely not a safe power level.

Wow! And people are afraid of pushing over 500 on the stock block? Does this mean I can increase the boost on my Whipple to 13-15psi without worry?

HAHA, I don't think so, unless you don't mind getting stranded somewhere and have a "rainy day fund" for a new block.

Why not pull the motor and sell it to someone thats looking to do a swap instead of blow it up and possibly damage something else when it lets go?
