Exclamation Window Problems

I have an issue that needs solving.
Both my passenger and driver side windows will not operate from the switches inside the vehicle. The windows do move the 1 inch or so when you close or open the door. I have not been able to find a fuse problem. i checked for power at the switch and did not find my 12VDC.
Is there anyone who had this same problem and knows how to fix it?

Try holding the window switch up for a few seconds or until you hear a "click" ...

Might just need to reset them as it's a pretty common issue, might be the actual hardware showing its age too... but it's a quick no-cost check.

I thought about that at first but the fact that there's no motion, period, with either window besides the auto drop made me think it isn't a calibration issue. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Fuse.

The auto-drop when opening/closing the door gives it away. That functionality is an independent circuit, but still relies on a properly functioning motor and the B+ line fuses for the motors in the BEC being present/functional.

Either fuse 44(10amp) in the BEC, or fuse 6(5amp) in the SJB.

It's the first thing I recommend anytime anyone has a window issue, and when the window issue happened to me I had the exact same problem. The switch did nothing. As mentioned it only takes 2 seconds to prove/disprove so it wouldn't hurt.
