Default Stang storage and Battery Tender

I going to store my stang this winter because I not going to get to drive it much anyways and I have a truck to drive so. I have everything set for storage except for a Battery Tender.

I cant decide what model to get. I need two of them, on for my bike and one for the car.

So I figured I could get the Junior no problems for the bike but CJ's says to spring for the bigger model for the car. I just dont know really is it needed.

Also I am open to similar products that are better but I would like to keep it around the same price.

Ive got a Battery Tender Plus on my 5.0. I emailed them and they said that was best for the battery I had. The junior will work but it takes longer to charge the battery.

I picked up 2 Battery Tender Jr's for when we put both Stangs in storage (before we wised up and moved south). Since you're not trying to charge the battery; only maintain; the Jr's are just fine. The Jr actually recharged my Stang from 11.8 volts back to full charge in 2 days (no rush since my Stang isn't my DD). I'm glad I bought both of the Jr's because now I use them on the 2 deep cycle batteries in my boat in between fishing trips.
