Default Shaker 500

So, one of my friends got into a pretty bad accident the other week and totaled his GT. He stopped by today and handed me off a few things that he doesn't need anymore. (seat covers, cloth convertible cover, and a few more things.)

One of the better items I received, was a Shaker 500 stereo. I have no need for it since I already put an aftermarket stereo in mine, but my mom was wondering if it would fit in hers. Same year as mine, '07 V6, pretty much the basics.

Would it be possible to put in the stereo without connecting anything to the 2 bass speakers? She mainly wants it for the fact that it has the 6 disc changer.

Any thoughts? I'm pretty bad when it comes to electronics like this.

I would imagine that it would work, and it shouldn't be too hard to find out, just a few screws to check.

True. I just wanted to see if it was possible before I took the car apart. Gives me something to do over the weekend.

That's why I got rid of mine and sold it to a friend. She thinks her stereo is awesome as is, but she just wants the 6 disc changer. She doesn't want an aftermarket since this one is free right here.

Thanks for the replies!
