ROFL. No one would remove that plaque.

You know there is a SALEEN-ROUSH-BOSS mustangs subforum here where someone can verify if your VIN # is listed as authentic by SALEEN.

Good thing "you paid more for the REAL Saleen". Wow, even crow is better when it's warm. Oh, and your fake Saleen actually has Saleen badges on it... That sucks.

Well sorry but I have to correct you on something. Saleens "do" come in automatics they are just not that common but they do have them. As far as the centrifugal supercharger you are correct, Saleens do not use that type. Most likely his Saleen was a non-supercharger model which they did produce a lot of and would be the ones they made with autotrans. If he had the Saleen Supercharger model he would of also had the Saleen gauge pod which is also missing from the pic. He should look in the door jam for further Saleen ID plauques/plates

Just noticed something, if you look at the pic you will see the Saleen ID plate is his looking for or at least it looks like it could be it since that is the correct spot for it. Its on the fire wall right next to the battery. Look hard and you will see it.
