Doesn't get much better than Redline:

Have had one of theirs for 5+ years, and it's still soft and great looking.

Oh, nice! I like how you can make it custom, too, especially the drop height adjustment (since the short shift will sit lower). Since my interior is all black besides the aluminum strip in the middle of the dash (that runs through the a/c vents), I think I'm just going to stick with black leather and stitching. Anything else would stick out like a sore thumb I'm afraid. Do you have any pics of yours?

Here's mine:

And that's from a few months back with about 5 years of use/wear. They make good stuff.

In my post, I have a Redline boot. I really like mine too, It's holding up pretty well.

I have a hurst short throw which I think kinda adds to the nostalgia my car has. It's an Eleanor lookalike...It is supposed to reduce throw by 40% in my 2009 and it does have a very positive gear engagement feel.

MGW is the best shifter no questions. You can adjust heighth, throw length, and adjust the position of the shifter 360* around the shaft so it is completely adjustable to where your hand wants to sit. 30k miles on mine and it shifts as perfect as the first day I installed it. ZERO rattle, noise, or issues.
