It's Friday, by the way.
I can make 700hp reliably, the weak unit was the oil pump. that is changed. The boss heads lower the compression about .5. I aint running an insane boost level either. should be around 9-10 psi on current setup. before I was making 622 on 8.5 psi. The base kits come from vortech making 6-7. I extended the rpm limit and got the other 1.5 psi.

As for it breaking. If you mod a car to the extent I am, and expect it to last a lifetime, you need to wake up. I know its gonna break at some point. But it most likely break for a while. Will I be mad if it breaks tonight when we finish up the tune. Not at all. dissapointed but not mad. Ford did right on the new motor and as long as the tuner is no fool, it will last a decent bit.

I'm sure you can hit 700rwhp on the dyno and then drive it conservative on the street, but as soon as you hit the track with slicks, something is going to give, like a rod.

sorry for the delayed update. We had an issue with the fuel system from Lethal not priming properly. We finally got that fixed But never got to finish the tune. I am driving it over the weekend on a very conservative tune just because I have missed it so much the last month being in the shop. Running 5 degrees less timing then when it made 622, we pulled 658. It going back in Monday to complete the tune. But I got that damn dreaded p0300, p0302 while cruising so I am sure they also need to do the Crank sensor profile relearn thing. Because lets face it, they did alot of modding. But on the 658 hp I waxed a few cars tonight. prolly about 20 runs tonight in Mexico. God I need a gopro.

The sensor relearn procedure fixed the random misfire faulty code crap. you would think ford woulda fixed that issue by now.

the problem with the car after the work had nothing to do with tune. Its an issue with 2013's built before 11/30/2012. But it was tuned before I drove it. Just because of the troubleshooting for the misfire issue, which we traced to a Service Message from Ford, it didnt get complete, IE max power. But was left at a safe toon of 656 hp with about 16 degrees of timing. Car is at shop now to complete the tune for max power/safe running d/d.
