Default Changing lifters question

So I have a bad lifter. I'm planning on changing them this coming week. Just have a few questions:
Car is 4.0 auto
Is it possible to get the lifters by taking off rocker arms and using a magnet to get them? Can I just go around and fish them all out without doing anything special between each one?

Do I need anything special to deal with the springs under rocker arms?

Is there a good guide on how to set rocker arms on our cars to specs?

Thanks in advance.

Fishing them out wont work too well. You can try a Chilton or Haynes manual for proper procedures and specs
