Default tuner/cold air help

Looking for the best tuner/cold air intake combo for my 2007 4.6 mustang gt. The motor is basically stock just basic bolt on's. (coils and plugs stuff like that). Ive read a ton of reviews and they are all basically just backing whatever one im reading about. Just wondering if anyone can help my out. Thanks!

Honest it's just a matter of opinion for most. Some with favor brand A, while others love brand B. go on AM.com., find a few combos with tons of reviews and pick which one looks best to you.

I have had a j&m with brenspeed on my 4.0 and now have c&l racer with Bama. I loved both I like the painted maf of j&m It really added a unique touch to my engine bay. I performance wise both will greatly increase power. Brenspeed wanted 30 per retune if I didn't buy from their store as to where Bama is free retunes.

I'm sure you'll get different opinions here, but we've got a proven package with safe tunes for your vehicle.

You can read more about it here: http://www.steeda.com/store/steeda-u...d-mustang.html

Let us know if you have additional questions or would like to get a kit on the way.

Since the tune is about 80% of the CAI & tune combo's power gainer, you need to be sure you get a good, custom tune. AM/Bama and Brenspeed are the 2 most popular vendors. As far as the CAI, pick any that you like (although my preference is towards any of the tune-required CAI's). They all perform equivalently. Some are made from better quality hardware but performance wise, the differences are below the threshold of a dyno's tolerances.

Did you feel a performance difference between AM's custom tunes vs. Brenspeed's custom tunes?

I have an Airaid CAI with 3 custom Brenspeed tunes.
