FRPP CAI question

FRPP CAI question
Okay I have searched for my answer and even called FRPP with no resolve. So what I had was a stock 2005 GT. I bought a FRPP kit from latemodelrestoration including CAI, tune, and axle back exhaust. Other than fighting the car to release my stock mufflers everything went smooth, she really wanted to keep the stock mufflers on...
So my question is about the CAI and how it is bolted to the car. There is the stock retaining bolt which works fine. However the instruction with CAI show removing the bolt that holds down the ABS, installing a "stud" in its place that both replaces the original bolt securing the ABS and adding a post to bolt down the front of the CAI housing. Issue is, the threaded part of the stud that goes into the ABS bracket is to small. FRPP told me I have the right part that came with the kit. I have now taken apart the CAI system trying to verify I am not skipping a step and have no idea whats is wrong outside of the wrong six stud.
Now I dont feel this is a huge issue since the system seem secure with out and functionally everything is fine. However, every time I open the hood I see the empty hole that should be secured and its driving me nuts.
Any input? I have tried to find the correct stud but have not had any luck.

The u clip that is used to mount the bolt onto the ABS hanger bracket is not the right size. The u clip that is provided for you to use (just in case if your car did not come with ABS) has a smaller thread to fit the anchor bolt. I used a zip tie and just called it a day.

the problem is trying to get the old U clip that has the wrong thread off of the car considering that the ABS hanger is ontop of the clip itself. Curious as how hard it is to remove that ABS hanger to replace the U-clip with the one that came with the FRPP kit?
