That tub will last you forever. It's sticky as snot, so wear gloves or wash your hands with gasoline afterwards.
I bought the tube of Super Lube synthetic grease...it's exactly the same as what comes with urethane bushings. Sticky silicone grease.

Well anyway I guess I'll have to check my torque.
