Default Bleeding Clutch with vacuum pump

So I have done many searches on this and I have seen the TSB that Ford released, however I can not figure out how to bleed this clutch on my 2005 GT. I replaced my flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder a few months ago; I bench bled the slave but I can feel the clutch slip every once in a while. I went and purchased a bleed kit but it didn't come with a top for the master cylinder to create a vacuum. I didn't find any luck on line with pictures or a walk though. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Should I buy a replacement top and adapt a fitting to it? Thanks
AJ

If you've been driving on it for months then it should be bled out as long as the master cylinder is topped off. The slipping may be a sign of something more sinister.
