First thing I would have done is removed and reinstalled the driveshaft, but clocked 90 degrees. That's all it takes for my 1 piece shaft to cause a vibration. If it uses an adapter at the pinion flange, then that needs to be torqued to spec, not torqued with a impact gun, it also should be torqued in a star pattern like a wheel. Just my experiences with removing my drive shaft half a dozen times or a shop removing it and reinstalling it in a different position.
