Martin...At idle I have no problems ..even free reving, no problems ..But once ya get rolling and certain rpm are passed, then I can hear and feel the rattle. Its so odd and hard to explain but if your experincing close to the same problem then y'all probably understand. It dosent rattle all the time ..just under moderate load and while at low rpms ..Once the motor revs past a certain point or at full throttle ...no rattle ..I've checked twice so far and and cannot find a clearence problem ..the rattle is driving me crazy.

Dude, I could not have explained it any better. That is exactly what is going on. My next step is to take it to my mechanic and have him take a look at it, I will keep you posted and thanks.

hey guys, my next mod after the shifter is hopefully a set of those jba titanium ceramic coated equal length shortys, a bassani off road x pipe and flomaster the rest of the way... did you guys notice any power difference with your exhaust mods? i heard the longtube can get u like 15-20hp but i havent heard any number from those jba coated ones! im also curious to how the borla sounds on your car... i have heard the bassani axle back and i didnt like it at all... my old 2001 gt had 40series on it and i loved it...too bad everyone elses 2001 had it tooo.. im also curious if you have a underhood pic with your headers you could post or email to me... thanks in advance
