Default Help please with possible MAF sensor problem

On Saturday, I cleaned and oiled my cai filter. I left it outside to dry the whole day and put it back on on Sunday morning. Monday the car was perfectly fine the whole day I drove the car. Tuesday morning (today), as I was going to work, I started up the car and had the CEL light come on. I think I can make the assumption that it is the MAF sensor that may have gotten contaminated with the oil. If it is, will the car throw a running rich or lean code on me? Also, how do I go about cleaning the sensor if it is the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cleaning the MAF would be prudent but I'd have the code pulled at Autozone (or most any other parts store) for free just to be sure. Assuming it IS an over-oiled filter, then be sure to re-clean, dry, dry some more, and lightly oil the filter.

I checked last night with the tuner and it threw the P0175 code, running rich bank 2.
