Default Possible Gear Whine?

Not sure what's going on with this car. Hopefully you guys can help out.

My car started making a high pitch whistling noise coming back from work one day. I noticed as I was pulling in the driveway. Next day, the sound was gone. It's been doing this maybe once every two weeks towards the end of the drive home.

You can hear it on acceleration and cruising speeds, but it stops as soon as I stop. I can't pin point the noise at all, but i'm guessing it's coming from somewhere up front. I only say this because when I pass by something, the sound gets louder when the front passes and quiets down when it's not there.

I attached a video so you guys can hear the noise. Sorry for the quality and sound. I had to stick my phone out the window to make sure I picked up the sound.

Doesn't sound like gear whine at all to me. God knows how bad mine was. Lol. Possibly a wheel bearing. Check the play in your wheels.

Sounds like a stuck brake caliper. Check your wheels to see if one has excessive brake dust. Could be a frozen caliper or e-brake cable.
