Default 2011+ GT grills

Probably a stupid question, but the newer 5.0 mustangs: I like the grill that does not have fog lights and has the off centered emblem. Like this http://www.mustangdepot.com/OLC3/ima...11-2000-05.jpg

Easy to change the stock grill out?

It's pretty easy, you have to remove the bumper cover:

Yeah, it was probably about an hour of work. I used the Roush grille on my 2011. They make a pony emblem for it, but I wanted mine without any emblem.

Nice, that is a very clean look. So what happens to the fog lights?

You can run foglights in the BOSS lower valence, but I'm keeping those spaces open for brake cooling ducts.

I never used the fogs anyway because people always think you have your high beams on so they flash their lights at you. It gets annoying.

So do you just disconnect the fogs and close of the connectors?

you dont really need to remove the bumper to change the grill out. You remove the radiator shroud with the pop pins..then the 2 bolts on the sides of the grill. Then you can pull it forward and its enough room you can pop the tabs on the bottom

I zip tied the connectors back to the harness to keep them from flopping around. I may eventually consider re-installing some sort of fog lights, but for the time being I'm going to experiment with HID headlights.

Ha! I just answered in your other thread too.

It's the BOSS lower valence and BOSS splitter. I bought them from American Muscle. I'm going to install the BOSS rear valence and Roush side splitters tomorrow, weather permitting.
