You don't have to drop the gas tank not even close. LCA will eliminate all wheel hop and are a great cheap mod. I reused all the bolts. An adjustable panhard is a must with your drop and installs really easy. I have all J&M parts and have no noises, squeaks etc with them.
That just helped out a lot lol. What I wanted to do was go all J&M if I had to get control arms. I'm going with their panhard right now, but I just have to decide if I want arms. It's not a high priority to me because I don't do anything that would require them really, but that wheel hop is annoying so I've been considering a UCA ever since I saw that video which someone posted earlier in here. I thought the gas tank had to be moved though.. I guess that was only for later GT models?

How many miles have you put on since lowering?

For the 1.4" drop, you don't HAVE to install anything, other than the springs themselves.

You SHOULD upgrade the panhard bar so you can center the rear end.

You SHOULD upgrade the LCAs at ANY height because they improve grip in a straight line and in the corners.

You SHOULD replace the UCA for the same reasons.

You DO have to drop the tank if you replace the flimsy stock UCA mount. (recommended)

I used all UPR Products suspension on my 2006 GT and it made for a great handling daily driver.

Definitely skipping the UCA mount. Not a track driver, my car just gets me around and to car meets so it's not worth going that far.
