maybe buying 2014 5.0

I ordered mine through a broker that worked with my credit union. They quoted me $500 over invoice. Given that the 2011 I bought was the first year of the Coyote I determined that to be a good deal. You may be able to do even better if there are incentives.
I chose the exact option packages/colors I wanted via the Ford website.
I never talked with a dealership in the entire process.

It was worth it to get exactly what I wanted.

I wanted a white california special and looked online. I found one with the exact options I wanted in PA and (I live in VA) and went to my local dealer. They were able to get it for me at even lower than the price than the PA dealership was asking. So instead of me going there, they brought it to me. Ended up paying about 31 for it and sticker was around 40. You just have to accept the fact that they will drive it to you which I was fine with. You can spend a bit extra to have it shipped if that bothers you.
