Ok so I'll try to keep this from being a novel... My a/c went out a little while back. The problem has been discovered to be the clutch cycle pressure switch, located in the smj box. Nothing else is wrong with any fuse relay in the box. I've taken the box out and had a look with at the circut board, and it appears that I've found an area where a couple capacitors may be compromised. Only problem, I don't know the value of these caps and if they are indeed fried, a meter won't give me a proper readout. So the point in this post, I've been looking everywhere for a schematic of this circut board, and no one seems to have this. I've searched part numbers, contacted ford, and delphi (other company listed on the box) exhausted "schematics/diagram searches, and I'm just continuously coming up empty handed. If ANYONE out there has got some info on the smj circut board so that I can replace the bad components, that would be righteous. Thanks for the time in reading. Sorry for the lengthy post.

Also, I'm trying to avoid replacing the whole box due to the fact that it'll cost be a minimum of $500 for a shop to get the new box and program it. I'm trying to bypass this absurd expense for a couple mere capacitors.

u will never find that info, the module is not serviceable, replace it. another thing, the cycling pressure switch is not located in the smart junction box its in one of the ac lines. i dont think you are describing this correctly. good luck

I think you're just about right. I meant to say the fuse relay for the cycling switch is located in the smj. Sorry for the miscom.

You won't find that info anywhere.My local salvage yard only charged me 80.00 for a sjb. It was the last piece of the puzzle to finish the foglamp upgrade for my car. I knew it would have cost more to have the dealer flash mine in order to get the fogs to work.

I vote for salvage yard also. that sounds like the path of least resistance.

That's what I'm starting to realize, and it's a drag because I work with these types of components, so I could fix this myself but without the values of caps n what not... it's a useless endeavor :/ The scrap yard is a good lead though! Thanks for the tip.

The SJB is subject to the chronic water leak issue (refer to the related TSB) and if your problem is water leak related, you need to repkace the SJB as well as resolve the water leak.
