hey all just a quick question cos im over here in ireland where noone knows what a mustang is!! i just imported a 2005 4.6 saleen mustang...not the s/c one. just about to change the oil after nearly 1000 miles and the manual and the saleen supliment say 2 different things....one says 5/30 and the other 5/20!! anyone shed any light?? really enjoyin the car so far, handles great compared to my last car...ram srt-10,but i suppose that was a truck, lol, and sounds class. the only downsides are cos we drive on the other side of the road its hard to overtake with the steering wheel on the other side, and with our gas prices at $9 per gallon its expensive to run...but i have a 3cylinder diesel beater which does 72mpg!! thanks for the help!!

 

I will go with the 5/30 which is Fords recommended oil weight.
