Default Electrical issues - 07 v6

I'm having two electrical issues that may or may not be related. It is worth noting I have an aftermarket alarm installed.

Last week on a rainy day, while sitting at a stop light my horn began a constant beep. I pulled over and turned ignition completely off and it stopped. I started it up again and the horn began beeping again, first intermittently leading up to constant. I pulled the horn relay as temporary fix.

Today, while driving at night (also day after a rainy day) I notice while I have my fog lamps on, my brights intermittently turn on. The standard and the brights will be on at the same time, but the brights indicator on the dash is not illuminated. If I turn the brights on while this happens, I only see the standards turn off and the bright indicator turn on. This problem only seems to exist while the fog lamps are turned on.

If these are related or not related, I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting these. Any advice, tips, or experience with this would be much appreciated! THanks.

It could be the infamous water leak. Check your passenger footwell area for dampness and SJB connections for corrosion.

Wow, that would make sense. I'll start investigating this weekend. THank you!
