is alignment required when instlling panhard bar?

thanks bro another question i got for you is i have the eiback adjustable coilover if i raise the rear spring maybe half a inch, do i need an alignment then?

Half a inch shouldn't affect anything too much. Front caster would drop by about a quarter of a degree, the axle would shift very slightly, and pinion angle would change a little (maybe half a degree). You probably wouldn't NEED to re-align anything, although you might benefit a little if you did.
