Default Help! Removed Bumper

Hopefully I can get some good advise, I have a 2006 v6 mustang.. I bought a new GT style grill, anyway today I was taking off the bumper and the 2 bolt of either side that hold the bumper to the bumper bracket ripped right off.. I was thinking of just drilling out the old ones and just replacing the bolt problem is someone would have to up top holding the head while I tighten the bolt.. my question is should this be my plan? or is there a better way to do this? Thanks in advance.. heres a pic "not my car" of the bolts in question.

If possible I would just create a new hole and put it back on.

I've done that with a few things and it worked out well for me.

I had one of those break off. I just got a new bolt and nut and made it work. You will be able to fix it. I did have to drill out part of the space to get the new bolt to fit. No biggie either.
