Default Slipping in gears

So I recently, I had my hydraulic clutch. Throw out changed. and drove it for 2 days notice. Second gear. Was slipping. It will idle up before it catches into gear. I cleaned the throttlebody, Check the air control sensor. And The car is missing firing in cylinder 2. Changed that still having misfiring problems. But with no code. Clean the injectors. Still having the same problem? Any suggests would help thank you.

did you check if the clutch and pressure plate were okay? did any fluid get on the clutch assembly? also did you bleed the slave cylinder?

Blackthought, I know you already did this procedure, but it might help to do it again. To bleed the air out of the new line, you can use the Ford Service Manual method (using a vacuum pump) or gravity bleed. To do this, jack up the front driver’s side of the car as high as possible and secure vehicle with a jack stand. Using slow pumps (5-10 seconds per stroke), work the air out of the clutch system. A few rounds of 10 strokes, waiting 10-15 minutes between rounds, seems to work well for most owners. When the clutch feels firm as normal, do one more round of slow pumping. It should now be well bled, and any remaining bubbles will work themselves out as you use the clutch.
