Exclamation Tachometer not working

2005 Mustang GT Convertible, 4.6L, automatic - tachometer stopped working; so did the PowerPoint in the console. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

PowerPoint = Fuse 64-20amp. in bussed electrical center

Some early model mustangs had stepper motor problems in the instrument cluster. Tach problem may be bad stepper motor which involves Cluster removal and stepper motor replacement.

Thank you! The car didn’t come with manuals, so I hadn’t figured out the fuse panels yet.
