I have a 2014 non-premium and when i turn the headlamp switch on only the headlights turn on and not the tail lights. but the tail lights do turn on when turn signaling, braking or using the emergencies

 

I would check the fuse for the brake lights. Probably be in the 'owners manual'.

 

Those bulbs have a LOW filament and a HI filament. The parking lights
are on the low side. Could just be a bad ground, or, all the low side
filaments are out... Socket corrosion on the low side... IF the front
ones work, the rears should also work... What about the rear side-markers,
are they on?
