Default 05 Vert window issue (have performed reset)

Guys,
I have an 05 Mustang convertible which battery died. I replaced it and now the windows will not auto roll up nor do the dip when the door handle is enguaged. I performed this reset procedure:

and it's still not working. So now I'm guessing something shorted out or a part has gone bad but what part would I need to fix this? Thanks in advance.

More information to add to this. I just tired to lower the convertible top and the passenger side window goes down automatically but not the drivers side.

Any fix on this ? Mines doing this now… I’ve just started rolling it up and stop it just high enough for me to open and close the door and not be affected by rain/moisture
