About a week ago I tried to start my car but it would not start when I pulled both throttle body wires it managed to start but ran rough I changed out the throttle position sensor as well as the fuel pressure sensor but still nothing then Saturday I swapped out the fuel filter that had a little effect on how it started it now sounded like wanted to turn over more consistently then my dad poured in some lawnmower gas and it started and ran for a few minutes but when I tried to start it later it started ran and then died before I even got out the neighborhood the next day I put in some iso heet thinking it was water in the gas tank but it still would not start I left it overnight and today I tried to start just a few minutes ago and the engine doesn't even sound like it wants to turn over and the gauge cluster flickers on and off as well as my cigarette lighter charger I checked the codes with my dads code reader and none came up if anybody has a similar experience please tell me what you did to fix it please and thank you

Check the fuse box in the passenger kick panel. 05/06 are notorious years for SJB (Smart junction box) water leaks. Once the box gets wet and/or starts to corrode you get all sorts of problems.

Update: as of Saturday I pumped the gas tank and charged the battery and it has been running fine since
