im going to install a new 85mm throttle body on my engine. besides the loc-tight on my new bolts is there a torque requirement needed?
im using a BBK throttle body.

 

Has BBK changed their reputation of making crappy throttle bodies? There has been many complaints on this forum and others. Proceed with caution.

 

I would just make sure the bolts are snug with the ratchet. It's a part that will be stationary instead of say, lug nuts on a wheel, and the only thing being clamped to it is the cold air intake system hose.
