Default What is this worth ?

Ford Mustang 2005 GT with 34000 miles.





Since completely rebuilt ended 2015 car has 5000 miles. Just drove it to Charlotte NC for 55th Mustang anniversary. So technical 100%. 5.0 Ford Racing stroker engine . 650 hp . Ford racing stage 3 heads, Edelbrock Supercharger kit, Dual Fuel System, 3.5' pulley, XL intercooler and heat exchanger, oil catch can , CAI, SCT custom tune. Mc Cleod clutch , Hurst short shifter, Torssen 2 differential, Ford Racing rear axle. Kooks Long tube headers, catted x-pipe, Pypes mufflers. Baer 6piston calipers , 14" rotor front brakes. Baer 14"rotor brakes (back, same brakes as Shelby Supersnake) . Roush extreme lowering kit . Koni shocks, Steeda LCA's, adjustable panhard bar, Steeda swaybar. Full bodykit, Cervini Hood with functional RAM Air. Headlights, 19x255/40 JZ wheels, Brand New Firestone Indy 500 tires, Kenwood navigation, rearview system , SVT gauges . Only sells while I moved to a mile long dirt road . Want to trade for dually diesel truck !

There is no blue book on a car built like that. KBB says a stock GT in good condition is worth $12K private party. It's worth $10K on trade in. There is no market for cars like that to support a value. It's worth whatever someone will pay for it.

In the USA, it really doesn't have additional value over another with similar body condition. In Europe it is relatively rare, but in either case to get the best value you will have to wait for the right buyer, you may be best off taking it to car shows and meets with a for sale or trade sign.

Typically cars like that are a hard sell as the bank will not loan an individual say 25k. They will only approve a loan for what the car is worth meaning 12k. As was already suggested you might try to get her sold at car shows, car clubs. You need someone with some deep pockets.
