Default Left headlight doesnt work

Hey all, i know this has been posted before buy my 2006 GTs left headlight isnt working on low beam. Ive replaced the bulb and soldered in a new connector. Still no low beam but i do have high beams. The rightside works flawlesly. Now i probe the connector and i have voltage when its mot plugged in but lose it when i plug it in. I unplugged the sjb and the right headlight comes on but the left still doesnt. Wjich leads me to believe there is a wiring issue. Has anyone every experienced this?

Did you know that each low beam has it's own fuse? 7 & 8 are the 10A fuses
for the lo-beams, 7 being left. Hi-beams are single 15A fuse.

So i looked in both the underhood and inside fuse panels and either one 7 and eight arent both 10 amp fuses. In the owners manual those arent listed as headlight fuses. So, not sure were to go from here.

Sorry, a diagram I saw on-line said that, but this does not:
http://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/ford...x-diagram.html

The low beam on the 05 up Mustangs do not have a fuse. They are controlled by the "smart junction box" ( SJB )
Check fuse F2.4 (10a) and F2.10 (10a) in the SJB.

Right side HD-connector low-beam pin 3 color=DB/LG Fuse=F2.4
Left side HD-connector low-beam pin 3 color=WH/LG Fuse=F2.10

I read that too...

So which fuses are f2.4 and f2.10? Also, when i disconnect the sjb both headlights should turn on low beam (i read this on a another thread), but the left doesnt turn on and the right does.
